The Zimbabwe Medical Association (ZiMA) is structured with its main headquarters located in the Mashonaland/Harare Metropolitan Province, which serves as the central administrative hub. In addition to the main office, ZiMA has four regional branches across the country to address local healthcare needs and support medical professionals. These branches are:
- Matabeleland Branch
- Represents the Matabeleland region, including Bulawayo, Matabeleland North, and Matabeleland South.
- Manicaland Branch
- Covers the Manicaland region, including Mutare and surrounding areas.
- Masvingo Branch
- Represents the Masvingo region, including the city of Masvingo and its surrounding areas.
- Midlands Branch
- Covers the Midlands region, including Gweru and other parts of the Midlands province.
This structure ensures that ZiMA effectively addresses both national and regional healthcare issues while supporting medical professionals across Zimbabwe. The Mashonaland/Harare Metropolitan Province serves as the central coordinating point for the association’s activities.
